We provide website uptime monitoring services that:

• Check if your websites are online and responding
• Track response times and performance metrics
• Alert you when something goes wrong
• Provide reports and analytics on your site's uptime

2. Your Account

Creating an Account

To use our service, you need to:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately if your account is compromised

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account
• Keeping your contact information up to date
• Not sharing your account with others
• Complying with these terms and applicable laws

3. Acceptable Use

You May:

• Monitor websites you own or have permission to monitor
• Use our service for personal or commercial purposes
• Access our API within your plan limits
• Share status pages with your customers

You May Not:

• Monitor websites without proper authorization
• Use our service to harass, spam, or attack other websites
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate any laws or regulations

4. Plans & Payment

Free Plan

• Limited to 3 monitors with 5-minute check intervals
• Basic email alerts and 30-day history
• No credit card required
• We may add reasonable limitations to prevent abuse

Paid Plans

• Monthly or annual billing (annual plans receive discounts)
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel
• Payments processed securely through Stripe or PayPal
• All prices in USD and subject to applicable taxes

Refunds

• 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
• Pro-rated refunds for annual plans canceled within 30 days
• No refunds for monthly subscriptions after the trial period
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for monthly plans.

5. Service Availability

Uptime Commitment

• Active accounts: Data stored indefinitely while account is active
• Deleted accounts: Personal data erased within 30 days
• Legal records: Payment history retained for 7 years for compliance

7. Intellectual Property

Your License

9. Termination

You Can Leave Anytime

Cancel your account from your account settings. Your data will be available for 30 days before permanent deletion.

We May Suspend Your Account If:

• You violate these terms
• Your payment fails (we'll try to contact you first)
• You abuse the service or harm other users
• Required by law or court order

We'll provide notice when possible, but we reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts for serious violations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do:

• We'll email you about significant changes
• Changes take effect 30 days after notification
• Continued use means you accept the new terms

Arbitration

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.

Assignment

You cannot transfer your account without our permission. We may transfer our rights to a successor company.
